Refund Policy
Additional terms and conditions may apply to specific portions, services, products, tools, promotions, or features of the Platform. All such additional terms and conditions are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and additional terms applicable to a specific service or feature, the additional terms shall control with respect to that service or feature.
StatRankings may modify subscription pricing, products, services, features, or membership offerings at any time.
To prevent interruptions in service, all subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.
Monthly memberships renew monthly, and annual memberships renew annually, using the payment method on file.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize StatRankings and its third-party payment providers to automatically charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees, applicable taxes, and renewal charges until canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your membership benefits through the remainder of your current paid billing period. Your subscription will then terminate at the end of that billing cycle and will not renew.
For example, if your subscription renews on the 17th of each month and you cancel on the 24th, you will retain access through the remainder of that billing period, but you will not be charged again after that period expires.
It is your responsibility to keep track of your renewal date and cancel prior to renewal if you do not wish for your subscription to automatically renew.
All membership sales are final.
Due to the immediate access provided to proprietary digital content, rankings, projections, statistics, tools, premium data, analysis, and subscriber-only features upon purchase, all payments are non-refundable once access has been granted.
StatRankings does not provide refunds, credits, or prorated billing for:
- Partial billing periods
- Unused subscription time
- Mid-cycle cancellations
- Downgrades
- Promotional or discounted memberships
- Failure to cancel prior to renewal
No exceptions will be made except where required by applicable law.
StatRankings may offer checkout, wallet, or payment options through third-party providers and platforms, including but not limited to Paddle, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Link, Stripe, or similar services.
Your use of such payment methods may also be subject to the applicable third party’s terms, conditions, privacy policies, and billing practices.
StatRankings generally cannot issue refunds for transactions processed through third-party app marketplaces or payment providers where the billing relationship is controlled by that third party. In such cases, refund requests must be directed to the applicable provider.
Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to the Platform.
StatRankings reserves the right to dispute chargebacks where access to premium digital services or subscriber-only content has been provided.
