NFL offensive line rankings measure how well each team's front five blocks, combining pass protection and run blocking into a single team-by-team order. Our 2026 rankings grade every unit on pressure rate allowed, sack rate, and yards before contact, updated as depth charts and injuries change. Use them to spot the run games worth trusting, the quarterbacks most likely to play under pressure, and the line matchups that swing fantasy lineups and player props.

Offensive Pressure Rate Over Expected (POE) compares the pressures an offensive line actually allowed to the pressures it should have allowed given how long its quarterback held the ball, using league-wide time-to-pressure curves as the baseline. A negative POE means the line out-protected the league at its quarterback's time to throw; a positive POE means it was beaten faster than the league norm. That adjustment matters here because raw pressure rate rewards quick-release offenses and punishes deep-dropback schemes -- POE strips that scheme effect out. Offensive ARBY (Adjusted Run Blocking Yards) isolates how much of a team's rushing production comes from the offensive line's blocking rather than the running back carrying the ball, converting each team's run-blocking output into a per-carry rate and ranking all 32 teams against it. It matters because raw rushing yards blend blocking and running back talent together -- a strong ARBY rank without strong overall rushing numbers points to a line doing its job for backs who aren't finishing runs, and vice versa.
