What Is Left-Aligned FP/Route Allowed?
Left-Aligned FP/Route allowed is the half-PPR fantasy points surrendered by a defender divided by the routes he covered when the receiver lined up on the OFFENSE's left -- the defense's right side of the field. It folds volume, catch rate, yardage and touchdowns into one figure and controls for workload on that specific side, which is what makes it usable for weekly matchup calls rather than only describing a season after the fact. Scoring is 0.5 points per reception, 0.1 per receiving yard, and 6 per touchdown.
