What Is QB Rating per Target?
QB Rating per Target -- also called passer rating when targeted -- applies the standard NFL passer rating formula (completions, yards, touchdowns, and interceptions) to only the throws aimed at one receiver. Unlike Target Quality Rating, which scores how accurate and catchable those throws were, QB Rating per Target measures the actual box-score outcome of targeting that receiver.
