Right-aligned WR target rate allowed is the percentage of routes run against a defense on the OFFENSE's right -- the defense's own left side of the field -- that ended with a pass thrown that way. It is the cleanest single read on whether quarterbacks are willing to challenge that side of a defense: the teams at the bottom of this board are the ones offenses decide not to test there, a compliment that never shows up in yards or touchdowns allowed. Judge a defense against the other 31 here rather than against its own left-side figure.
