What Is Perimeter WR FP/Route Allowed?
Perimeter WR FP/Route allowed is the half-PPR fantasy points a defense conceded to outside receivers divided by the perimeter routes it defended. It is the boundary counterpart to the slot board, and the two together are how you tell which kind of receiver a defense is actually vulnerable to -- a defense can be stout against outside alignments and still be the best matchup on the slate for a slot-heavy receiver. Scoring is 0.5 points per reception, 0.1 per receiving yard, and 6 per touchdown. Production against backfield and in-line alignments is excluded from both boards.
